These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jl97 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using jl97, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below.

Each player may hold only one jl97 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances forfeited. KYC verification enforces this policy across all registrations.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on jl97, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of any Account balance.
Each individual may maintain only one active jl97 Account. jl97 uses KYC verification, mobile number validation, IP monitoring, and device fingerprinting to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jl97 will: (a) suspend all associated accounts; (b) conduct an investigation; and (c) forfeit any promotional balances and, at jl97's discretion, any real money balance held across duplicate accounts. Players who inadvertently create a duplicate account must contact jl97 support immediately via live chat.
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jl97 login credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any OTP codes sent to your device. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jl97 will treat any activity conducted through your Account as having been authorised by you unless you have previously reported a security breach to jl97 support.
If you believe your jl97 Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact jl97 support via live chat immediately. jl97 will investigate the report and may temporarily suspend the Account pending resolution. jl97 shall not be liable for losses incurred as a result of a Player's failure to maintain adequate credential security.
All jl97 Account balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made in other currencies where technically permitted will be converted to PHP at the exchange rate applied by the relevant payment processor at the time of transaction. jl97 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and is not responsible for currency conversion costs imposed by third-party payment providers.
An Account that has not recorded any login, deposit, wager, or withdrawal activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. jl97 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts, deducted from any remaining real money balance, after providing written notice to the Player's registered contact details. Accounts with a zero balance after inactivity may be closed without further notice.
KYC verification is mandatory before jl97 will process any withdrawal from a Player's Account. jl97 also reserves the right to request KYC documents at any point during a Player's use of the Platform — including during account review, bonus claim assessment, or security investigations — regardless of whether a withdrawal has been requested.
jl97 accepts the following Philippine government-issued identity documents for KYC purposes:
jl97 will process KYC submissions within three (3) to five (5) business days under standard circumstances. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to seven (7) business days. Players will be notified via their registered mobile number or contact channel once KYC is approved or if additional documentation is required.
Failure to submit satisfactory KYC documentation within thirty (30) days of first withdrawal request will result in the suspension of withdrawal access. Accounts that remain unverified for ninety (90) days from the date of first withdrawal request may be suspended and the balance subject to review in accordance with jl97's anti-money laundering obligations.
jl97 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, among other payment channels displayed on the Platform at the time of deposit. Accepted payment methods may change without prior notice. jl97 reserves the right to refuse deposits from payment sources that it reasonably suspects are associated with fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity.
The minimum deposit amount on jl97 is ₱100.00 (Philippine Peso) per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and the Player's current VIP tier. These limits are displayed at the time of deposit and are subject to change.
Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to the jl97 Wallet within 30 to 60 seconds of transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the originating bank's processing times. jl97 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that you are legally permitted to use for online gambling purposes. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties — including family members or friends — are strictly prohibited. jl97 reserves the right to reject deposits and freeze accounts where third-party funding is suspected.
Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods registered in the Player's own name that match their verified KYC identity. jl97 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being completed prior to processing.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00 (Philippine Peso). Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the Player's Wallet balance.
Withdrawal processing times on jl97 are tiered according to the Player's VIP level. Standard processing for unverified or Bronze-tier players is up to three (3) business days. Higher-tier players benefit from progressively faster processing, with Diamond-tier players receiving same-day processing for eligible withdrawal methods. jl97 reserves the right to extend processing times during periods of unusual volume or for compliance review purposes.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Balance are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonus funds that have not satisfied their wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before requirements are met. Real Money Balance is processed before Bonus Balance for all wagering purposes unless otherwise specified.
All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and loyalty rewards offered by jl97 are subject to specific terms and conditions stated in the relevant promotion's description. Where these Terms conflict with promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated, all promotional bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible game types, game contribution percentages, and expiry period are specified in each promotion. jl97 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts or games to circumvent wagering requirements.
Promotional offers are limited to one per person, per household address, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise. Players found to be claiming the same promotion multiple times through different accounts or devices will have all associated accounts suspended and balances forfeited.
The jl97 Loyalty Programme operates across six tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Emerald, and Diamond. Tier progression, cashback rates, and associated benefits are subject to the separate Loyalty Programme Terms available on the jl97 platform. jl97 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Loyalty Programme with reasonable notice to Players.
All bonus credits, free bet credits, and promotional rewards expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Expired promotional balances are automatically forfeited and cannot be reinstated. Real Money Balance is not subject to expiry except as described under the inactive account provisions in Section 3.4.
All casino games on jl97 that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined independently of any previous result. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are indicative of long-run averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual players or sessions.
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or connectivity interruption that affects the outcome of a wager, jl97 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered stake to the Player's Wallet. jl97 shall not be liable for losses caused by technical malfunctions beyond the return of the voided stake.
If a Player believes a game result is incorrect, they must submit a dispute through jl97 customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant game round concluding. jl97 will investigate using server-side game logs and provide a resolution within fourteen (14) business days. The decision of jl97's technical review team is final and binding.

jl97 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jl97 processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the National Privacy Commission's implementing rules and regulations.
jl97 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) a material breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraudulent activity; (c) KYC failure; (d) regulatory direction from PAGCOR or another competent authority; or (e) conduct that jl97 reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform, other players, or jl97's business.
Players may close their jl97 Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any real money balance net of applicable pending bonus wagering requirements will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method, subject to KYC requirements being satisfied.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jl97's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the Philippines. Players who are residents of other jurisdictions agree that Philippine law shall govern their use of the Platform regardless of their location.
jl97 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jl97 will provide notice through the Platform (via on-screen notification upon next login) and/or via the Player's registered contact channel, with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' notice before the changes take effect. Your continued use of jl97 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.
